These Terms and Conditions govern your use of constructmind.ai and any content, materials or forms made available on it. By accessing or using this website you accept these terms.
These terms do not govern use of the ConstructMind AI platform, which is covered by a separate written agreement (see section 09).

There are two separate documents, and conflating them creates real exposure.
Website Terms of Use govern anyone browsing constructmind.ai — reading pages, submitting an enquiry, downloading material. They are accepted by use, without signature.
Platform or subscription terms govern a paying customer’s use of ConstructMind AI itself — uploading project documents, generating schedules, data processing, service levels, fees. These are signed as part of a commercial agreement.
If the website terms cover platform use, a browse-wrap page on the marketing site becomes the contract governing an enterprise engagement, with no signature, no negotiated liability cap, and no data processing agreement. Clause 9 below explicitly separates the two
Note that ConstructMind AI has no self-serve trial, so nobody can begin using the platform from the website alone. That makes the separation clean and easy to maintain.

09 – Use of the ConstructMind AI Platform
Access to and use of the ConstructMind AI platform is governed by a separate written agreement between ConstructMind AI Inc. and the customer organisation. That agreement covers, among other things, licence scope, fees, data processing, confidentiality, security obligations, service levels, warranties and liability.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to supply the platform, and nothing in these terms grants any right to access or use it. Where these terms and a signed platform agreement conflict in relation to platform use, the signed agreement prevails.
10 – AI Generated Outputs
ConstructMind AI outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and are designed to assist, not replace, the judgment of qualified planning professionals.
All schedules, estimates and assessments produced by the platform should be reviewed and validated by a competent person before use in a contractual or commercial context.
Any output, example, sample schedule or illustrative figure shown on this website is for demonstration only. It does not represent, and should not be relied upon as an indication of, results achievable on any particular project.
11 – Third Party Links
This website may link to third party websites, including those of partners, integration providers and Compass Consult. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
12 – Availability
