Our Story

15 years in project controls taught us one thing.

The planners weren’t the problem. The tools were.

Years of working with complex construction programmes revealed the same challenge again and again: project teams had the information, expertise and experience — but too much of their time was spent wrestling with disconnected systems and manual processes.

ConstructMind was created to change that — bringing intelligence closer to the people who plan, control and deliver complex projects.

Why I built ConstructMind.

I’ve spent 15 years in project controls.

Infrastructure, energy and building construction. Projects worth billions, across multiple continents. I’ve been the planner building schedules under pressure and the consultant brought in when projects went off track.

I’ve seen how difficult it can be to review contractor programmes, document assumptions and turn scattered project information into a reliable schedule.

ConstructMind is what I wished I had—a tool that handles the manual work, so planners can focus on the analysis and decisions that matter.
