Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMIS Techno Function Consultant (Oracle Product) (Primavera) expert to lead end-to-end solution delivery across our client portfolio. This is a client-facing role based in Baroda that combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project leadership and business development capability. You will be responsible for managing driving customer engagements from pre-sales through to go-live, and ensuring our clients achieve measurable outcomes from their Oracle investments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, OPC, and Unifier implementations — from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, go-live, and documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of delivery
Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, technical proposal development, effort estimation, and contracting
Map EPC and construction industry processes to Oracle PMO solutions, ensuring fit-for-purpose configuration and adoption
Oversee integration activities leveraging Oracle technologies and APIs
Drive new product and solution development from concept through to maturity
Maintain and grow existing client accounts through proactive engagement and identifying expansion opportunities
Report on delivery performance, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
Required skills
5 years of Program and IT Delivery Management experience
Deep expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Unifier, and BI reporting
Proven experience in solution delivery within an Oracle partner or consulting environment
Strong understanding of EPC, construction, infrastructure, or resources sector project management processes
Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and integration APIs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience managing Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) implementations at enterprise scale

Location: Ozone Building, 706, Vikram Sarabhai Road, besides K10 Grand, Vadodara, Gujarat
Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST OR 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST (working with international clients)
