Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the development of an AI-powered product. The role involves guiding AI and full-stack engineering teams, driving system architecture, ensuring code quality, and solving complex technical challenges.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, microservices, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor AI engineers (Python, FastAPI, microservices) and full stack developers.
Define and refine system architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
Review and approve merge requests, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance.
Drive adoption of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
6+ years of total experience in software engineering.
Proven experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with mentoring responsibilities.
Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, microservices architecture.
Familiarity & ability to guide fullstack developers.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
