Upload Project Documents
Upload your contract, scope, drawings, and specifications to the project. Contributors and above can upload documents.

Run Generate Workflow
Initiate the AI to produce a draft schedule and Basis of Schedule from your uploaded documents.
Who: Lead Planner, Project Owner
Review & Approve Assumptions
Work through each assumption in the Basis of Schedule. Approve, comment, or request changes on every item.
Who: Lead Planner, Project Owner
Run Assess Workflow
Evaluate the approved schedule against contract milestones, float, and risk before committing.
Who: Lead Planner, Project Owner
Commit & Export XER
Project Owner commits the schedule, unlocking the XER download for import into Primavera P6.
