A professional document produced by ConstructMind listing every assumption, decision, and input used to generate the schedule. It must be fully approved before XER export is available.
XER File
Definition
The native file format for Oracle Primavera P6. ConstructMind exports a fully structured XER file ready for direct import into P6.
Export Gate
Definition
A hard API-level rule that locks XER export until all Basis of Schedule assumptions are approved and the Project Owner has committed the schedule.
Commit
Definition
The explicit action taken by a Project Owner to finalise a schedule as approved and ready for XER export. Unlocks the download.
Generate

Workflow 1. Uses AI to produce a schedule draft and Basis of Schedule from uploaded project documents.
Review
Definition
Workflow 2. Team members work through each Basis of Schedule assumption to approve, comment, or request changes.

Org Admin

Project-level role with full workflow access. Can approve all assumptions but cannot commit the schedule for export.
External User

A user invited directly to a project (not the organisation). Holds Read Only access and has no visibility into other projects or org settings.
Primavera P6

Oracle’s enterprise construction scheduling software. ConstructMind exports into P6 via XER — it does not replace it.
