Why we built ConstructMind.
ConstructMind was not built by one person. And it was not built in isolation.
It came from the collective experience of a project controls consulting team. Their combined practice spans more than three decades. Some of our consultants have been working in project controls for 30 to 35 years. They have seen every version of this industry. Pre digital. Post digital. And everything in between.
They have been on the contractor side. The client side. The independent reviewer's side. What they have seen, consistently, across hundreds of projects and dozens of organizations, is the same set of problems repeating. Not because clients were not skilled enough. Not because planners were not diligent. The tools available to the profession have never kept pace with what the work actually requires.
I founded ConstructMind to address those problems at the root. Not to work around them. But the product reflects the knowledge of the whole team. The patterns we have seen across hundreds of client engagements. The gaps our clients have told us about directly. The standards that experienced practitioners know a good schedule has to meet.
Every feature in ConstructMind exists because someone on this team has sat across the table from a client who needed it. And did not have it.
